Hello, my name is Diana Kleckner. My education into personal training and coaching began in 2006 when I started my studies in Kinesiology, Exercise Science at Cal Poly Humboldt. Upon graduation in 2011, I jumped right into personal training at a 'big box' gym for a solid 9.5 years of hands on physical training and management.
In 2020 my big pivot came - I call it my silver lining - and as the gym closed for the early pandemic, I created Bridge Fitness, an online training studio. Today you'll find me in similar shoes, I've added 5 years of experience with online training, thousands of hours of client connections, motherhood, a Pain-Free Performance Certification, and so much more.
I believe that no hurdle in life and health is too small for support, and that warmth and insight from your coach/trainer can make all the difference.
