📝 Strong Start Weekly is a live group coaching call to kick off your week with clarity, motivation, and connection. We’ll set goals, reflect on challenges, and explore a weekly theme like motivation, energy, strength, or recovery. This is your anchor — a supportive space to grow, reset, and stay accountable each week.

💥 MetCon (30 min): Boost metabolism, build muscle, and burn fat in this high-intensity workout. Use home weights, bands, a yoga mat, and wall space. MetCon follows a 6-week progression to keep you challenged.

🪑 Chair Fitness (30 min): Enhance balance, flexibility, and core strength with chair-assisted movements. Ideal for active aging, recovery, and mindful movement.

🧘🏻‍♀️Mindful Movement (30-min): Blend gentle stretching, yoga-inspired flows, and mindfulness practices to help you reset, restore, and recharge. Perfect for all levels, it offers a calm space to ease tension, cultivate presence, and build a deeper connection with your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered."
